Finance & Administration Manager

Location:    Kathmandu, Nepal                                                                       

Contract:   MEOR Services, NHSP3, DFID Nepal                                         

Term:         Full time till December 2022

 

The Programme

Abt Associates is currently seeking qualified Nepali professionals for the UK Department for International Development (DFID) Nepal Health Sector Programme 3 (NHSP3), Monitoring, Evaluation, and Operational Research (MEOR) project. The MEOR project will enable DFID Nepal to continuously improve and adapt its program to ensure that the NHSP3 and NFPP (Nepal Family Planning Project) intended outcomes and impact are achieved. The overarching objective of DFID’s NHSP3 program is to improve the health of all people with special focus on women, children, the poor and socially excluded in Nepal, including by restoring health services in areas affected by the 2015 earthquake, and improving the quality and governance of health services nationwide.

The Role

The Finance & Administration Manager is responsible for project accounting, financial management and reporting, procurement, and general administrative support for the program. This role will work in partnership with the Team Leader to ensure that the project team has the administrative and financial support required to deliver on the Terms of Reference (ToR) and approved work plans.
