The net profit of Rastriya Beema Sansthan (RBS) has increased by 122.72 percent to Rs 14.7 million in the third quarter of the current FY compared to Rs 6.6 million of the corresponding period of the last FY.
The company that increased its paid-up capital to Rs 181 million from Rs 9.3 million has Rs 164.7 million in reserve fund and Rs 14.3 billion in life insurance fund.
In the review period, the company earned Rs 2.33 billion in net insurance premium which is 17 percent growth than the corresponding period of the last FY. during the review period of the last FY, it earned Rs 1.99 billion in premium.
Similarly, during the period, it paid Rs 2.60 billion in claims which was Rs 2.93 billion in the last FY.
The company has EPS of Rs 10.83 (annualized).
