Premier Insurance Company Limited (PIC) has announced dividend to its shareholders.
As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the board meeting of the company held on Poush 24, 2074 has announced 13.52% bonus shares and Rs 36.59 lakh cash dividend (for tax) to its shareholder from the net profit of FY 2073/74.
The decision is subject to the approval from the concerned authority and upcoming AGM.
Its paid up capital will reach to Rs 58.41 crore from existing Rs 51.44 crore (including FPO shares).
Its LTP stood at Rs 1,484 as of last trading day.
