Nepal Police on Friday arrested 13 persons for their alleged involvement in leaking question paper of IELTS tests.
According to an official at Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu, they used to leak questions to candidates applying for IELTS test by charging hefty sum of money.
Police have also confiscated questions paper of IELTS test scheduled to be held soon.
