डि.भि. २०२० कार्यक्रम खुल्याे (Diversity Visa 2022 Program Open ) || businesspartnernepal.

 

सन् २०२२ को डाइभर्सिटी भिसा (डि.भी.) कार्यक्रमको लागि आवेदन दर्ता अवधि बुधबार, अक्टोबर ७, २०२० (२०७७ असोज २१) मा इस्टर्न स्ट्यान्डर्ड टाइमको मध्याह्न (नेपालमा स्थानीय समयानुसार रातको ९:४५ बजे) बाट सुरु हुने गरी खुल्नेछ र मङ्गलबार, नोभेम्बर १०, २०२० (२०७७ कार्तिक २५) मा इस्टर्न स्ट्यान्डर्ड टाइमको मध्याह्न (नेपालमा स्थानीय समयानुसार रातको १०:४५ बजे) बन्द हुनेछ । हामी डि.भी. आवेदकहरूलाई चाँडै नै आवेदन भर्न प्रोत्साहित गर्दछौँ ।

इच्छुक आवेदकका लागि महत्त्वपूर्ण जानकारी :

• आवेदन नि:शुल्क : डि.भी. कार्यक्रममा सहभागी हुनका लागि शुल्क लाग्दैन ।
• कन्सल्टेन्टको आवश्यकता नपर्ने : अमेरिकी दूतावास तपाईँहरूलाई आवेदन भर्दा कन्सल्टेन्टको सहयोग नलिन सल्लाह दिन्छ । आवेदनसम्बन्धी सहयोग चाहिएमा परिवारको सदस्य, साथी वा अन्य विश्‍वासिलो व्यक्तिको सहयोग लिनेतर्फ बिचार गर्नुहोला । सहयोग जसले उपलब्ध गराए तापनि आफ्नो आवेदनका लागि तपाईँ स्वयम् जिम्मेवार हुनुहुनेछ ।
• फारम अनलाइन भर्नुपर्ने : सन् २०2२ को डाइभर्सिटी भिसा कार्यक्रमका लागि आवेदकहरूले दर्ता अवधिमा www.dvlottery.state.gov मा गई इलेक्ट्रोनिक डाइभर्सिटी भिसा (ई-डि.भी.) आवेदन फारम भर्नु पर्नेछ ।
• पारिवारिक विवरण खुलाउनुपर्ने : दर्ता गर्दा तपाईँले आफ्ना पति/पत्नी र आवेदनको समयमा २१ वर्ष पुरा नभएका सबै अविवाहित सन्तानलाई सूचिकृत गर्नु अनिवार्य छ । उनीहरूलाई समावेश नगरी पेश गरिएको आवेदन अमान्य ठहरिनेछ ।
• एक जनाका लागि एउटा आवेदन : तपाईँले एउटा मात्र आवेदन बुझाउनु पर्नेछ । एकभन्दा बढी आवेदन बुझाउने आवेदकहरू कार्यक्रमका लागि अयोग्य ठहरिनेछन् ।
• हालसालै खिचिएको फोटो : अघिल्लो वर्षको डि.भी. आवेदनमा प्रयोग गरिएको फोटो यस वर्षको आवेदनमा प्रयोग गरेमा आवेदन अयोग्य ठहरिनेछ । फोटोसम्बन्धी नियमहरू कडाइका साथ पालना गर्नु पर्नेछ र प्रत्येक फोटो आवेदनमा समावेश भएका सही व्यक्तिहरूसँग मेल खाने गरी पेश गर्नु पर्नेछ । कृपया ध्यान दिनुहोला : फोटो खिच्दा आवेदकले चश्मा लगाउनु हुँदैन ।
• बहालवाला, म्याद समाप्‍त नभएको राहदानीको विवरण आवश्यक : यस वर्षको आवेदनमा मुख्य आवेदकको राहदानी नम्बर, जारी भएको देश र राहदानीको म्याद समाप्त हुने मिति समावेश गर्नै पर्नेछ ।
• आफ्नो कन्फर्मेशन नम्बरलाई अवश्य सेभ र प्रिन्ट गर्नुहोस् : यो नम्बर नै तपाईँको स्टेटस चेक गर्ने एक मात्र तरिका हो ।
• आफ्नो कन्फर्मेशन नम्बर कसैलाई पनि नदिनुहोस् ।
• तपाईँ डि.भी. का लागि छनोटमा पर्नुभयो कि भएन भनी निर्धारण गर्ने एउटा मात्र विधि भनेको मे ८, २०२१ (२०७८ वैशाख २५) वा त्यसपछि www.dvlottery.state.gov मा गई आफ्नो कन्फर्मेशन नम्बर प्रविष्ट गर्नु हो ।

आवेदन दर्ता गर्दा आवेदकहरूले आफ्नो ईमेल ठेगाना प्रदान गर्नुपर्नेछ । यद्यपि, छनोट भएका व्यक्तिहरूलाई उनीहरू छानिएका छन् भन्ने व्यहोराको ईमेल सूचना पठाइँदैन ।

डि.भी. का लागि छानिँदैमा तपाईँले भिसा पाउनुहुन्छ भन्ने कुरा यसले प्रत्याभूत गर्दैन । तपाईँले भिसाका लागि अन्तर्वार्ता दिने मौका पाउनुभयो भने कन्सुलर अफिसरले तपाईँसँग आवश्यक योग्यता छ वा छैन र अमेरिकी आप्रवासी कानुनबमोजिम डि.भी. का लागि तपाईँ योग्य हुनुहुन्छ कि हुनुहुन्न भन्ने कुराको निर्क्‍यौल गर्नेछन् । अन्तर्वार्ताका लागि जाँदा आफूसँग लैजानुपर्ने कागजपत्रहरूको सूची https://go.usa.gov/xRuzM मा दिइएको छ ।

The application period for the 2022 Diversity Visa (DV) program opened at noon Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), Wednesday, October 7, 2020 (9:45 pm local time in Nepal; Ashwin 21, 2077 B.S.), and closes at noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 (10:45 pm local time; Kartik 25, 2077 B.S.). We strongly encourage DV program entrants to apply early!

 

Important information for intending applicants:

• Applying is FREE: There is NO FEE to enter the DV Program.
• Consultants Not Necessary: The U.S. Embassy recommends against using a consultant to assist you with your application. Please consider using a family member, friend, or other trusted person if you need assistance. No matter who provides assistance, you are solely responsible for your own application.
• Apply online: Entries for the 2022 Diversity Visa Program must use the electronic Diversity Visa entry form (E-DV) at www.dvlottery.state.gov during the registration period.
• Entire family on application: When registering, you must list your spouse and all of your unmarried children under the age of 21 at the time of application. Submissions without the inclusion of family members will make your entry invalid.
• One application per person: You may submit only ONE application.       Applicants who submit more than one application will be disqualified from consideration.
• Submit a recent photo: Entries submitted with the same photo from previous DV years will be disqualified. Be sure to precisely follow the photo rules and associate each photo with the correct person on your application. Please note that applicants may not wear glasses in their photos.
• Valid, unexpired passport information required: This year’s entries must include the primary applicant’s passport number, country of issuance, and the passport expiration date.
• Be sure to print and save your confirmation number: This number is the only way to check your status.
• Never give your confirmation number to anyone.
• The only method of determining whether you were selected for the DV is by entering your confirmation number at www.dvlottery.state.gov on or after May 8, 2021 (Baisakh 25, 2078).

Entrants must provide an e-mail address as part of their entry; however, there is NO email notification sent to selectees informing them they were selected.

Even if you are selected, this does not guarantee that you will receive a visa. If you do get a visa interview, a Consular Officer will determine whether you meet the qualifications and are eligible for the DV under U.S. immigration law.
