Nepal Stock Exchange lists 1.37 crore unit bonus share of four companies

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed 1,37,71,003 unit bonus shares of Nepal Finance Company, Janata Bank Limited, Garima Bikas Bank, RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha and 6,59,565 unit FPO shares of Premier Insurance Company. Now the shareholders can start the transaction of the listed shares in the stock market.

NEPSE has listed the 6,59,565 unit FPO shares of Premier Insurance Company Limited (PIC). The company had issued the shares at Rs 799 per share( Rs 699 added to the par value of Rs 100). The company has also announced 13.52% bonus shares to the shareholders after which its paid up capital will reach Rs 58.41 crore.

2,44,219 unit bonus shares of Nepal Finance Limited (NFS) has been listed by NEPSE for trading. The company had given 22% bonus shares to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2067/67.

Similarly, Janata Bank’s (JBNL) 1,00,70,919.35 unit bonus shares has also been listed by NEPSE for trading. The bank had announced 14.4% bonus shares from the profit of FY 2073/74.

NEPSE has listed 33,06,365.21 unit bonus shares of Garima Bikas Bank Limited (GBBL). The development bank had distributed 15% bonus share from the profit of FY 2073/74.

Likewise, 1,49,500 unit bonus shares of RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (RSDC) for trading. The microfinance had distributed 13% bonus shares from the profit of FY 2073/74.
