SEBON Approves IPO of Aarambha Micro finance

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved initial public offering of Aarambha Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha (AMFBSL). Following the approval, the microfinance company will now issue 294,000 units of IPO worth Rs 29.4 million.

 The company has appointed NIC Asia Capital as its issue manager. The third annual general meeting of the company held on November 4 endorsed a proposal of issuing the IPO.

Aarambha Microfinance is headquarted at Sindhupalchowk district. The company, a 'D' category license holder from NRB, is providing its services in 15 hilly districts since the last two years.
