Nepal Sewa Laghubitta (NSLBSL) has allotted IPO on May 6. According to NMB Capital, issue manager of the company, a total of 16,740 applicants were allotted the shares.
Nepal Sewa Laghubitta Bittiya issued 180,000 units of IPO worth Rs 18 million with a face value of Rs 100 from April 25-29.
Out of the total shares, the company allocated 2 percent i.e. 3,600 units for employees and 5 percent i.e. 9,000 units for mutual funds. The remaining 167,400 units were issued to the general public.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 42 million that exceed Rs 60 million after the IPO.
