Nepal Stock Exchange has listed 47,33,803.53 unit bonus shares of Ridi Hydropower, Womi Microfinance and Muktinath Bikas Bank and 26,43,538.80 unit right shares of Nepal Community Development Bank. Now, the shareholders can trade their shares in the secondary market.
Ridi Hydropower Development Company (RHPC) had issued 6% bonus shares from the profit of FY 2073/74. NEPSE has listed 2,84,598 units bonus shares of the company today.
Similarly, NEPSE has listed 43,19,605.53 unit bonus shares of Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited (MNBBL). It had given 20% bonus from the profit of FY 2073/74 to its shareholders.
1,29,600 unit bonus shares of Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WOMI) has also been listed by NEPSE for trading. It had provided 20% bonus shares to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2073/74.
Likewise, 26,43,538.80 unit right shares of Nepal Community Development Bank Limited (NCDB) has also been listed. The development bank had floated right shares in the ratio 1:1.2 or 120%.
